  • In the center, you will find a large white central stem, cut them in pieces and remove it, as this stem is not edible
  • Also, jackfruit is very sticky, and you will find little difficulty in using a knife and your hand while taking seeds and all, so to avoid this problem, you can start your work by applying vegetable oil on knife and hand. That will diffuse the sticky sap.
  • Now, you have to remove seeds from two halves (remember to use oil on your hand before removing seeds)
  • A Guinea pig can only eat the flesh of the fruit, so separate the pulp and seed, as you know our guinea pigs cannot eat seeds or outer part of the fruit, it’s not safe.
  • Take the flesh and cut it in more little pieces and serve them on any plate or bowl. Make sure you wash it properly to get rid of the oil leftover.
